Julie Hossack is an A.C.E. Certified Personal Trainer and Peak Pilates Instructor with years of experience in helping people to find the joy in improving their physical ability.  

 

By creating programs designed specifically for the unique needs of her clients Julie has helped her clients reduce pain, improve movement, gain strength and increase stamina.  Each exercise program she creates focuses on a combination of balance, flexibility and strength in order to improve function in activities of daily life.  By keeping workouts fun and by using variety Julie not only ensures her clients stay interested but also reach their goals. 

 

Julie particularly enjoys working with individuals with neurological and neuromuscular disease because using slow, measured and specific progression they often can achieve much more than they ever thought possible.

Dr. Matthew N. Meriggioli is a neurologist and scientist in neuromuscular disease. He is currently Sr. Medical Director, Translational Medicine at Avexis, Inc. (a Novartis company). Prior to this, he was Professor of Neurological Sciences at Rush University in Chicago, and the head of the section of neuromuscular diseases from January 2015 to January 2018. 

 

Dr. Meriggioli has published widely in all areas of neuromuscular disease with a focus on neuromuscular autoimmunity.
